We use a payment and subscription service provider Recurly, which handles all payment and credit card processing. We do not store any credit card information.

Providing our subscribers secure and uninterrupted service is one of our top priorities.

In an effort to provide this, prior to subscription renewals or card expirations, our payment provider validates account credit card information and automatically applies new card information if there are updates.

For Mastercard® and Visa® credit cards, our payment provider will automatically apply the latest account credit card information when there is an updated credit card number or expiration date. Where this is the case, our subscriber's payments and subscriptions are not affected by changes to credit card details.

If the credit card account is closed, our payment partner will update the account to reflect invalid billing info so that we can follow up with the subscriber.
