Refund policy

We understand when circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend an event.

If ticket holders wish to cancel more than 7 days before the start of the event, the ticket price will be refunded. If ticket holders wish to cancel within 7 days before the start of the event, no refunds will be made.

In the event of an event being postponed, the organiser will notify registered attendees via email prior to the event date. In case of postponement ticket holders will be rebooked for the rescheduled event date or may alternatively request a credit voucher for future events. Refunds will be offered to those unable or unwilling to attend the future date.

In case of event cancellation by the organiser other than through force majeure, credit vouchers, rebooking for future events or refunds will be offered.

Please note booking fees and credit card surcharges are non-refundable and refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organisation or institution from which the payment was originally received.
